By using Dolph Media's photography services and website, you agree to our terms. Unless otherwise stated, we retain copyright over all images, and clients are granted a limited license for personal or commercial use. Payments are required before final delivery, and cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees. Modifying (i.e. cropping, editing, etc.) content created by Dolph Media is strictly prohibited without written permission or stated otherwise, fees may incur.

1. Use of Services – Dolph Media provides photography services, including but not limited to automotive, event, and lifestyle photography. All content on this site, including images, is owned by Dolph Media and may not be used without permission.

2. Bookings & Payments – All bookings require a $25 non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due before the final delivery of images. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Intellectual Property – All photographs remain the property of Dolph Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a license to use images for personal or commercial use based on the agreed terms.

4. Liability – Dolph Media is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, venue restrictions, or technical issues that may affect the final product.

5. Modifications – We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
